Title IV WAN will be available for sending and receiving data on this day. However, Pell Grant processing will not pick up or send any data. The Pell Grant Hotline will be closed on Thursday, November 25, 1999 to observe Thanksgiving and will reopen on Friday, November 26, 1999.
