RE: November 11, Veterans' Day

Due to the Veterans' Day holiday, Pell Grant will not process any
data on Thursday, November 11, 1999. The Pell Grant Hotline
also will be closed to observe Veterans' Day.

Title IV WAN will be available for sending and receiving data on
Thursday, November 11, 1999. However, Pell Grant processing
will not pick up or send any data.

Pell Grant processing will resume retrieving, processing, and sending
data on Friday, November 12, 1999. The Pell Grant Hotline will resume
operation on this date as well.
