RE: FISAP Current Year Data Deadline Reminder

We wish to remind all schools that the deadline for submission of the Current
Year FISAP Data file is Friday, October 1, 1999. The Current Year Data file
(message class FCUR01IN) must be exported from the FISAP for Windows Version
2.0 software and transmitted using the EDConnect software.

You must also mail all relevant forms by October 1, including the signature page and other compliance forms, in addition to transmitting the Current Year Data file.

The FISAP processor has already received signature pages and compliance forms
from several schools who havenot sent the corresponding Current Year Data file,
so please ensure you arefulfilling both obligations. You must transmit Current Year Data file AND print, sign and mail the relevant signature and compliance forms to the FISAP processor at the following address:

(Please note the UAL zip code displayed during the Current Year Data export in FISAP Version 2.0 is incorrect. It does appear correctly in the FISAP instruction booklet and in the FISAP help text.)

All relevant FISAP printed materials can be printed from the Filemenu of FISAP Version 2.0.

The Current Year Data file can be exported from the FISAP Version 2.0 software by going to
Fileselecting Current Year Data as the Export Type, and clicking OK. The software will perform data edits on the information you have entered in the software and may ask you to verify or correct certain data.

Once the Current Year Data file is received by the FISAP processor, you will receive a text-only acknowledgement file you can open and view in your EDConnect software or another text viewer application.
