The conference hotel, The Wyndham, is sold out and has no more rooms available. The overflow hotel, The Marriott, still has a few rooms available, however due to a citywide convention in Miami, rooms at the Marriott are only available with an arrival date of November 1st and a departure on November 4th. Additional sleeping rooms have been acquired for conference participants at the Holiday Inn. You also have the option to secure other Miami lodging through your travel agent. There is plenty of space available in both Keystone, CO and San Antonio, TX, which are the locations of our other two 1999 Electronic Access Conferences. If you still need to reserve a room for Miami the options are: Marriott Biscayne Bay (overflow connected to Wyndham) Additional rooms are available with an arrival of November 1 and a departure of November 4 only. Please call the Marriott directly (305) 671-2601 to make your reservation. Ask for a room in the Electronic Access Conference Room Block. Holiday Inn Downtown Miami (overflow approximately 3-5 minutes cab ride) A limited number of rooms are available at the Holiday Inn Downtown. Please call the hotel directly at (305) 374-3000 and ask for a room in the Electronic Access Conference Room Block. Once rooms at The Marriott and Holiday Inn are sold out, we will be unable to secure more rooms. If you have made a sleeping room reservation and have not yet registered for the conference, please do so immediately at http://edeworkshop.walcoff.com If you have made a sleeping room reservation at one of these Miami hotels, but will not be able to attend the conference, please cancel your room reservation so that another EAC participant may use the sleeping rooms.
