BASIC SALARY RANGE: $39,761 - $61,954 per annum

DUTIES
This position is located in the Office of Postsecondary Education, Student Financial Assistance Programs (SFAP). SFAP is responsible for the administration and overall delivery of the student financial aid programs. The primary focus of this position is to perform a variety of assignments related to the analysis and/or evaluation of the management and operations of the Student Financial Assistance Programs. Duties include developing plans for conducting SFAP studies and other management control measures by evaluating the effectiveness of existing practices, procedures, reports, policies and directives; examining overall program issues, researching and recommending new techniques or approaches, when necessary, to accomplish goals; conducting research basic to the advancement of sound management principles and program administration throughout the SFAP and recommending appropriate action on the basis of research and analyses; developing and implementing data analysis, management information, tracking and progress reporting systems; conducting management studies/surveys and analyzing and evaluating qualitatively and quantitatively, the effectiveness of program operations.

Your background must demonstrate possession of the following Selective Placement Factor: Knowledge of Title IV program regulations, systems and administration with specific knowledge and expertise with the Direct Loan (DL) Program. Be sure to provide evidence of your possession of the Selective Placement Factor in your written application materials.
