While some e-mail is being delivered, the system is not fully reliable at this time, and if you need to contact someone in ED, please do so by telephone or by fax. We expect to resolve these difficulties very soon. You will find a phone directory of ED employees, as well as other information for contacting ED, at: http://www.ed.gov/cgi-bin/phf http://www.ed.gov/feedback.html These difficulties do not affect the ED website; nor do they affect web-based transactions using the Grant Administration and Payment System (GAPS).
