RE: Update to Pell Payment for Windows, Version 2.2

The Department of Education has asked NCS to make two additional changes to version
2.2 of Pell Payment for Windows. The changes mean version 2.2 will now be distributed
by March 4, 1998.

First, the IPR-only export option has been permanently removed.

Second, the Electronic Data Request export option has been temporarily removed. This
option will be automatically enabled again when the system date on your PC is June 1,
1998, which is the date Pell Payment will begin accepting these requests.
