RE: Upcoming 1999-2000 FISAP for Windows Software Distribution

We are pleased to announce the upcoming distribution of the 1999-2000 FISAP for Windows version 1.0 - the first Windows FISAP product. This software contains the Fiscal Operations Report for 1997-98 and Application to Participate for 1999-2000 (FISAP) in the Federal Perkins Loan, Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG), and Federal Work-Study (FWS) programs. The FISAP for Windows software distribution will be completed on July 14, 1998.

This product is separate from EDExpress and is award year dependent. If you are currently processing FISAP data for a previous year(s), you will continue to use the DOS software for the specific year(s). FISAP processing for the 1997-1998 Fiscal Operations Report and the 1999-2000 Application to Participate will be submitted electronically by using EDconnect for Windows and FISAP for Windows version 1.0.

Please refer to the FISAP for Windows Cover Letter and the FISAP Instructions Booklet enclosed with the FISAP for Windows software package for information on your FISAP processing.
