PublicationDate: 11/3/98 Summary: Title IV WAN Authentication Implementation Author: TIV/WAN - Title IV Wan Customer Service Posted November 3, 1998 TO: All Destination Points From: Department of Education Re: Title IV WAN Authentication Implementation Date: November 2, 1998 Beginning November 2nd, to reset your Title IV WAN password you will now be required to provide the following information for the Destination Point Administrator ( formerly called Destination Point Contact): Date of Birth ( DOB ) Social Security Number ( SSN ) Mother's Maiden Name ( MMN ) If using the voice processing system (option 1) you will be prompted to enter the Destination Point Administrator's SSN and DOB. If working with a customer service representative, they will ask you for any two of the three pieces of information; SSN, DOB or MMN.
