RE: Tip of the Week --- Selecting a Default Module

This week's tip highlights a feature or process in the new 1999-2000 EDExpress software: Selecting a Default Module

A new feature of the 1999-2000 EDExpress software allows you to select a "default" module. By designating a module such as Packaging as your default module, you will automatically view the menu items for that module when you click on the Print, Import or Export options. In prior versions of EDExpress, you were automatically taken to the Application Processing menu items, and had to click on other module tabs to view their choices.

To define a default module, go to Toolsselect the module you wish to be the default in the "Default System to Display?" field, and click OK. For example, if you work primarily in the Packaging module, and therefore select Packaging as the module default, Packaging tabs and their associated items will then be displayed whenever you open up the Print, Import, or Export menu options.
