| PublicationDate: 7/9/99 Summary: Tip of the Week --- Printing the Processed ISIR list Author: CPS - Central Processing System (CPS) Posted on July 9, 1999 TO: All Destination Points FROM: CPS Customer Service RE: Tip of the Week --- Printing the Processed ISIR list This week's tip highlights a feature of the 1999-2000 EDExpress software: Printing the Processed ISIR List The Processed ISIR List reports all processed ISIR records your school has received. You can print this report for individual students, groups of students, or all students, depending on the selection criterion you use. To print the list in 1999-2000 EDExpress, go to FileExpress, and select List - Processed ISIRs for the report. The report can be printed to a file, your printer, or the screen. To filter the report output for a particular group of students, click on the Selection Criteria button and select a pre-defined or user-defined query. For example, you may want to select the pre-defined query for add date range to narrow the report output to students added to your database within a particular date range. The report output lists the student's name, SSN, the transaction number, transaction type, the date the CPS processed the record, the EFC, and the verification status. There are certain situations when a student does not appear on the Processed ISIR List. If you make a correction to an ISIR transaction that you don't have in your EDExpress database (such as adding your school code to a transaction using Quick Correction), you will receive the student's ISIR. This ISIR will not appear when you print a Processed ISIR List unless you run the Verify Database utility via Tools Be sure to close all other network copies of EDExpress before running the Verify Database. If you have any questions regarding this process, please contact CPS Customer Service at 800-330-5947, option 2, or via email at CPS@NCS.COM. |
