This message is for those schools who requested CPS print and bulk mail their students'
renewal applications prior to December 1st:

The 1997-98 Renewal Application bulk mailing process began on November 18, 1996 and
is expected to take 2 weeks to complete. The mailing is being completed in two groups.

The first group is to those institutions submitting an error free RAD request. The
mailing of your renewal applications will be completed by November 27.

The second group is to those institutions correcting their original RAD request. The
mailing of your renewal applications will be completed by November 30.

If your institution has not received the renewal applications 10 days after the completion
date, please call CPS Customer Service at 800-330-5947 option 8.
