| PublicationDate: 10/24/97 Summary: RAD Request Bulk Mail Deadline Author: CPS - Central Processing System (CPS) Posted October 24, 1997 TO: EDE Destination Points FROM: CPS Customer Service RE: RAD Request Bulk Mail Deadline This is a reminder to EDE institutions requesting RAD records from the CPS for the 1998-99 cycle. All requests for bulk mailing of Renewal Applications to the institution must be submitted via On-Line Query or the Title IV WAN by noon, Central time, November 7, 1997. Schools may request bulk mailings of paper Renewal applications to be mailed out to them either between November 8-17 or on a later schedule, between January 12-25. Schools must specify one of these delivery schedules at the time you transmit your request for bulk student records. Application records not selected by any school for either electronic downloading or bulk mailing by this date will be printed by the CPS and mailed directly to students beginning November 18, 1997 and ending on January 2, 1998. EDE institutions may continue to make RAD requests via On-Line Query or the Title IV WAN after November 7. The paper print options are no longer available to schools after this cutoff date, but you will receive the electronic RAD file with a message class of RADD99OP.
