RE: Pell Payment E-mail Address in 2.2 Cover Letter

On Page 1 of the cover letter for the 2.2 version of the 97-98 Pell Payment for Windows
software, the e-mail address for Pell Payment is incorrect. It should say
#pell_systems@ed.gov under #4, option A on the cover letter. Please correct your copy
of the letter.
