SUBJECT: Password Invalid Error
We have discovered a problem with passwords involving the following group of Title IV Wide Area Network users: TG50001 - TG52999. These users are receiving the error message "password invalid" when attempting to log into the network. The contractor is currently researching the problem. In the meantime, the users in this TG group will have to change their passwords. Please follow the instructions listed below to change your password.
1. Dial 800-615-1189
2. Press 1
3. Type in your five digit TG ID
4. Press 1
5. Type in the 9 digit Social Security Number of the destination point administrator
6. Type in the 8 digit Date of Birth (mmddyyyy) of the destination point administrator
After 15 minutes, setup "local only" password change in EDconnect using your TG ID (i.e.: TG5XXXX) and setup "network/local" password change and transmit the password.
If you are unable to use our voice processing system, e-mail TIVWAN Customer Service staff at T4WAN@NCS.COM or send a fax to 319-339-6983. TIVWAN Customer Service staff will call you back. There will be no charge for calls to reset the password.
