Attention All Pell Grant Participants:

Your first Administrative Cost Allowance (ACA) payment for the 1995-96 Award
Year has been issued during the last week of May. They should be deposited
electronically, through the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, VA., into your
bank account during the first week of June. This is the second time the
Department of Education has paid ACA by direct electronic funds transfer.
