The Central Processing System (CPS) did not process on November 3, 1998 because the INS match file was not returned to the CPS in time for the day's processing to run. This means destination points will not receive ISIRs with a process date of 11/3/98.

We have contacted INS, and hope that the problem will be resolved today, 11/4/98, with the INS match file being returned to CPS so processing can run. If processing does not occur today, another network message will be sent to notify you.
