The guide discusses basic requirements and ideas for administering Federal Work-Study (FWS) and community service programs, as well as reading tutor programs. A resource section at the end includes descriptions of exemplary programs at 20 postsecondary institutions. We expect to mail printed copies to campus-based institutions beginning the week of May 19, 1997.
