Having started mailing on the West Coast, we are now mailing applications in Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota and Oklahoma. CPS has mailed approximately 3.5 million of the 7 million Renewal Applications that will be distributed for this processing cycle. We estimate the mailing will be completed by January 20, 1997.
