Dear Colleagues:

Please be advised that the IFAP website (http://www.ifap.ed.gov) will be unavailable beginning approximately 7:00 PM (Eastern Time) Friday, February 5, 1999 until approximately noon on Sunday February 7, 1999. This temporary outage is due to scheduled maintenance in the ED offices which will result in a planned power outage.
