RE: Hours of Operation for LOC in Desk References

On Page 2 of the EDExpress Desk References the hours of operation
for the Loan Origination Center are incorrect. It should say 8:00am to
8:00pm (ET) instead of 7:00am to 7:00pm (ET). Please correct your
copies of the Desk References.
