PublicationDate: 6/7/99 Summary: Entered Correction Records and List-Entered Application Records Reports Author: CPS - Central Processing System (CPS) Posted on June 7, 1999 TO: All Destination Points FROM: CPS Customer Service RE: Tip of the Week: List - Entered Correction Records and List - Entered Application Records Reports This week's tip highlights a specific feature of the 1999-2000 EDExpress software: List - Entered Correction Records and List - Entered Application Records Due to the changes in the selection criteria in the 1999-2000 EDExpress software from previous 16-bit versions, some users have had difficulty printing lists for entered corrections or entered FAFSAs. These reports are useful for determining which student records will be sent the next time you perform an electronic correction or application export. Below are instructions for printing these lists in the 1999-2000 EDExpress software. Both reports should be printed prior to exporting (batching) the respective correction or application records. Go to FileExpress and select the report type of either "List - Entered Correction Records" or "List - Entered Application Records." In the Transaction Status field, click the down arrow and select "R-Ready to Batch." When you click OK, the software will print a list of the entered correction or application records (depending on which you have selected) that have been entered but have not yet been batched. Once the report is printed, then export the applications or corrections as normal. If you have any questions about printing lists of entered corrections or lists of entered applications, please contact CPS Customer Service at 800-330-5947, option 2, or via email at CPS@NCS.COM. |
