CPS Direct Loan support for Custom/Combo schools has been combined with CPS Direct Loan Customer Service at 1-800-330-5947. Select option 3 after keying in your Title IV WAN user ID. CPS Direct Loan Customer Service will continue to support all Direct Loan issues associated with EDExpress in addition to the Direct Loan Technical Reference, Direct Loan Record Layouts and Combination/Mainframe Support previously provided by Direct Custom/Combo Support. This change will provide a more efficient and effective method for Direct Loan users to obtain assistance with all Direct Loan technical issues.
