We were not able to process ISIRs on Monday and Tuesday of this week. This was because it took us longer than anticipated to complete the activities we had scheduled for last weekend to prepare for moving the Central Processing System (CPS) to the Virtual Data Center. As a result, CPS will process only three days the week of April 26, 1999. However, during these three days, we will process a full week of ISIR data.

EDE batches were picked up as planned and will be processed this week. ISIR batches were sent to you on Tuesday for batches that started processing on Thursday, April 22, 1999. On Thursday, April 29, we will send ISIRs that have been processed this week. We anticipate that we will be back to normal processing on that day.

We thank you for your patience during these CPS migration activities. For more details on the CPS Migration, please see the Title IV WAN message #44 posted on April 21, 1999. This message is also on the IFAP web site,
http://ifap.ed.gov. Once you are on the IFAP site, select Electronic Announcements. Next, select By Recent Announcements and finally select the announcement dated April 21, 1999 titled Upcoming Move of the Central Processing System to the Virtual Data Center.
