Change pages indicating these corrections will be sent in an upcoming distribution. On page 3-13, valid field content for field numbers 140-148 (Reject and Assumption Override Codes) should say '1 = Yes' and '2 = No'. 'Blank' is not a valid value for initial applications. On page 3-72, valid field content for field numbers 44-48 (Reject Override Codes) should say '1 = Yes' and 'Blank = No'. '2' is not a valid value for corrections.
