RE: Correction to the EDconnect for Windows User's Guide

Date: May 26, 1998

Please make the following correction in your EDconnect For Windows User's
Guide. On page 18 (in the billing section) please remove the following
phrase "(CPS will not charge users for first-time applicant records)".
Destination points will be charged for all year-to-date records and transmissions.
