RE: Correction to 1998-1999 ISIR Correction Deadline

In two network messages sent last week by the Department, we advised the
final deadline for transmitting 1998-1999 ISIR corrections and duplicate
requests to the CPS is August 16, 1999, at 7 P.M. Central Time. This date is
incorrect.

Schools can actually submit 1998-1999 ISIR corrections and duplicate
requests to the CPS until August 25, 1999 at 7 P.M. Central Time.

Important: Your transmission must be completed and accepted by 7:00 P.M. on
August 25, 1999 to meet the deadline. If your transmission is started
before 7:00 P.M. but is not completed until after 7:00 P.M., you will miss
the deadline. No exceptions to this deadline will be made by the Department.

Please note, there is no change to the deadline date of August 16, 1999 for
receipt of paper corrections and duplicate requests at the MDE.

We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
