Any destination point that experiences technical difficulties converting from
GES to the Title IV WAN in conformance with the schedules and instructions
contained in our February 15, 1996 message; subject: GES Shutdown --
IMPORTANT INFORMATION should first contact the TIV WAN Customer
Service at 1-800-615-1189. Any problems that are not network-related will
then be forwarded to the appropriate application office.
