SUBJECT: Completing NSLDS SSCR

Schools should note that only the most recent SSCR file can be processed by NSLDS.
Do not return an old SSCR file to NSLDS if a new roster has been generated for your
school.

Schools can verify the roster dates by the timestamp which is found in the header
record.
