On page 5-28 SAR Field #123, FAA Signature, with a value of '1' (which equals yes) must be sent for each Student ID (SSN, Name ID, and Transaction Number) being corrected. You need to include this field once with each correction record (not once per line of correction data). For example, if you are correcting 11 fields on a student's ISIR, you will include SAR Field #123 as the 12th SAR Field Number being corrected. If you are correcting 22 fields on a student's ISIR, you will include this as the 23rd SAR Field Number being corrected.
