Version 3.3 of EDExpress for Windows is currently being distributed
to all destination points. The cover letter attachment contains
changes made to the EDExpress software in this version. The
following change was inadvertently omitted from the cover letter.

(674) The software now will calculate a parental contribution (PC)
for an independent student if the parental data is supplied. The
calculation results are available (1) by printing the FAFSA with the
ENAS calculation or (2) by displaying the ENAS results when an
estimated EFC is calculated in the ISIR tab of the independent
student.
