(253) Users of the 1996-97 EDExpress for Windows Packaging software may experience
database errors if they improperly enter a Title in the User Defined Budget Amounts
field.

For example, "Tuition and Fees" is a hardcoded field on the budget setup screen. A user
can enter this same title in the User Defined Budget Amounts field. When the field titles
are duplicated during Packaging Setup, database errors may be experienced.

We recommend you enter unique titles in this field. The User Defined Budget Amounts
field was designed for users to create unique titles, such as "Miscellaneous".
