Some changes were made to our mainframe that adversely affected the automated voice system. That has been resolved. We have also initiated more stringent procedures to periodically check the automated voice system . If you ever encounter a "System Unavailable" message when calling Title IV WAN Customer Service (1-800-615-1189), please notify us immediately at T4WAN@NCS.COM and we will respond to you.
