Deadline date notice

This message is a reminder to institutions participating in the
1997-98 Renewal Application process that the cutoff date for
requesting bulk mailings of paper Renewal Applications is
October 31. The Central Processing System (CPS) will not accept
RAD requests for bulk mailing after that date. Please see Action
Letter #1 (GEN-96-16) for details about this process and instructions
for transmitting requests for your selected students. The Action
Letter text is also accessible on the SFA BBS.

The CPS will process these RAD requests between November 1 and
November 8. If your bulk mailing RAD request is rejected for
technical reasons, you may correct and resubmit your requests for
reprocessing during this one-week period. For assistance in
correcting rejected RAD requests, call CPS Customer Service at
1-800-330-5947 (Option 8).
