This is the eleventh message in my series of reports on the status
of 1997-98 application processing. I am happy to report that
both MDEs are currently maintaining their contractual
turnaround times for both the 1996-97 and 1997-98 processing
cycles.

** The number of processed paper corrections exceeds the
volume of paper corrections received due the CPS' Reprocessing
# 1 to fix school codes on some affected Renewal applications.
