The deadline for submitting 1997-1998 ISIR Year-To-Date (YTD) requests via On-Line Query to the Central Processing System (CPS) is 7 P.M. CST on September 25, 1998. YTD files, which will be returned to users electronically in the message class YTDO98OP.*, contain ISIR data for a specified processed date range. Only ISIR transactions listing your institution code are included. You may receive more than one transaction for the same student. All 1997-1998 YTD requests must be submitted and accepted by the CPS prior to 7 P.M. CST to be processed. If your YTD request starts before 7 P.M. on September 25, 1998 but completes AFTER 7 P.M., your request will not be accepted. We recommend you start your request no later than 6:30 P.M. and be completed by 6:45 P.M. to ensure the request is processed. Requests for YTD ISIR data for 1997-98 submitted after this deadline will not be accepted. The U.S. Department of Education will make no exceptions to this deadline. Please note YTD requests are billable according to the terms outlined in the Edconnect User's Guide. To make a YTD request, you need to access CPS On-Line Query through Title IV WAN Query and NET*CONNECT.
