The Department has been notified that due to a system malfunction, one MDE had received 4,633 applications that originally did not get processed properly. Some of these applicants (around 1,800) have already submitted subsequent applications which have been processed. All these original and renewal applications were mailed to the Mt. Vernon, Illinois processing address and had original receipt dates of January 29, 30, 31, February 5 and 20. All of these forms are now processed and ISIRs should be available by May 30. We regret the inconvenience that this has caused. |
