New! Three additional Learning Tracks are now available: 2022–23 Verification, Administering Aid to Mid-Year Transfer Students, and R2T4 for Programs Offered in Modules. Follow steps #1–5 below to log in to the FSA Training Center and navigate to all available Learning Tracks.
Dear Colleague:
We are pleased to announce that the Learning Tracks available in the FSA Training Center have been updated with 2021–22 content.
Learning Tracks offer short, focused courses on single-item subjects in categories such as Grants, Loans, and Student Withdrawals. For 2021–22, there are seven categories offering 26 different “tracks.”
Additional information about the 2021–22 Learning Tracks:
-
Beginning with this release, the course will be award year specific. In the past, tracks were updated with new information but were not released as a new course. Going forward, your Record of Learning will reflect your completion of the same track when it has a new award year designation, for example 2021–22 The TEACH Grant Program, 2022–23 The TEACH Grant Program, etc. This change means you may complete a learning track each award year to keep your understanding of the topic current. It also allows you to provide documentation to others that you have completed an annual review of the material.
-
Three Learning Tracks, 2022–23 Verification, Administering Aid for Transfer Students, and R2T4 for Programs Offered in Modules, are still in development and will be released later this year. We will notify the community with an announcement on the Knowledge Center website when these tracks are available.
We have added a brand-new track titled Top Compliance Findings. This track breaks down the top compliance findings and features video training to teach you how to resolve these findings and avoid them in future audits and program reviews. You can find this track in the School Eligibility category.
