The webinars will be presented using Microsoft Live. Closed captioning is available in Microsoft Live events and can be activated during the meeting by the attendee. Slides, transcripts, and a recording of each presentation will be made available after the presentation on Federal Student Aid’s (FSA) training website at https://fsatraining.ed.gov. We will notify all institutions with an announcement on FSA’s Knowledge Center when the training materials are available.
Participants will not have an opportunity to ask verbal questions during the event; however, questions can be typed into the live event Q&A session by clicking on the Q&A session button at the top right of the webinar screen. Department of Education officials will respond to questions at the end of each presentation as time permits.
We look forward to your participation. If you have technical questions about these webinars, please contact event.services@ed.gov. Please submit questions related to the subject matter covered in these presentations or the implementation of the new regulatory provisions to FSA’s School Relations Center at https://fsapartners.ed.gov/help-center/contact-customer-support.
Sincerely,
Office of Postsecondary Education
