We are pleased to announce additional virtual workshop sessions for Federal Student Aid's 2020–21 Fundamentals Training Series, originally announced in Dear Colleague Letter ANN-20-05. The Fundamentals of Federal Student Aid Administration virtual workshop is an instructor-led, virtual class and is the second of two courses in the Fundamental Training Series.
Please consult ANN-20-05 for details regarding this training series and important requirements for participating in the virtual workshops, including completion of the online FSA Coach Fundamentals 2020–21 course. Note: The information below replaces Q&A #7 in ANN-20-05.

ALL WORKSHOP HOURS ARE NOTED IN EASTERN TIME (ET). Workshop hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, Monday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. ET on Friday. In addition, participants will be required to complete activities before and after these core hours.
Note: This information is provided for planning purposes only. As a reminder, you may not register for one of the virtual workshops until you have completed the online FSA Coach Fundamentals 2020–21 course and have received the registration link. The exception to this is a participant who successfully completed the online course for 2019–20 but who was unable to attend an in-person workshop. These participants may register for one of the virtual workshops scheduled through September 2021.
