Subject: EDExpress Online Training - EDExpress Release 1.0 Online Training for 2015-2016
Summary: This letter announces the availability of Federal Student Aid's EDExpress Release 1.0 Online Training for 2015-2016. This self-paced online course provides step-by-step lessons on EDExpress Release 1.0 functionality, including software setup for the Global, App Express, and Packaging modules, lessons on working with ISIRs, and how to use the Packaging module to award aid.
Dear Colleague:
We are pleased to announce our release of the first module of EDExpress Online Training for 2015-2016, a Web-based training product that teaches users the basic skills needed to access and navigate the 2015-2016 EDExpress for Windows software. EDExpress Release 1.0 Online Training for 2015-2016 provides step-by-step lessons on how to set up the Global, App Express, and Packaging modules, how to work with Institutional Student Information Records (ISIRs), and how to use the Packaging module to award aid to your students. Features of the online training include video demonstrations of each lesson accompanied by printable resource documents and an integrated glossary with common software terms. This self-paced training is intended for financial aid office staff with day-to-day responsibilities that involve using the EDExpress software.
EDExpress Release 1.0 Online Training for 2015-2016 is available on the Federal Student Aid E-Training Web site, located at http://fsatraining.info.
To access the training, log in to Federal Student Aid E-Training with your username and password. After logging in, point your cursor to “Systems Training” on the main menu bar. From the drop-down menu that appears, choose "EDExpress 2015-2016" and then select "Enroll Me" to launch the course.
Note: If you do not have a username and password for Federal Student Aid E-Training, click on "Create new account" in the left-hand column on the home page and follow the instructions to create a username and password.
