Subject: Online Training Module - Institutional Eligibility

Summary: This letter announces the availability of Federal Student Aid's online training module on institutional eligibility.

Dear Colleague:

We are pleased to announce the availability of an online, self-paced training module about institutional eligibility to participate in the Title IV federal student aid programs. This training provides an overview of institutional eligibility, how to maintain and expand eligibility, and the steps an institution must take to update the Department whenever changes occur at the campus level. Topics such as accreditation, state authorization, and additional locations are also discussed. This training is intended for financial aid professionals and all other school staff who are interested in understanding the importance of and retaining institutional eligibility.

The "Institutional Eligibility" training module is available on the Federal Student Aid E-Training Web site, located at http://fsatraining.info.

To access the training, log in to Federal Student Aid E-Training with your username and password. After logging in, select "Training by Topics" from the main menu bar. From the drop-down menu that appears, choose "Institutional Eligibility" and then select "Enroll Me" to launch the course.

Note: If you do not have a username and password for Federal Student Aid E-Training, click on "Create new account" on the home page and follow the instructions to create a username and password.

Thank you for your continued interest in and support of our training efforts. If you have questions about this training opportunity, please contact Trevor Summers at trevor.summers@ed.gov.

Sincerely,

Jana Hernandes
