Summary: This letter announces the availability of webinar recordings for the first two training sessions offered by Federal Student Aid that provided information on the implementation of the new 150 percent limit for Direct Subsidized Loans.
Dear Colleague:We are pleased to announce the availability of the recorded versions of the first two webinars regarding the implementation of the new 150 percent limit for Direct Subsidized Loans. The first of the two online, instructor-led sessions provided training on the reporting and updating of academic year and loan period dates to the Common Origination and Disbursement (COD) System. The second of the two sessions explained key concepts related to implementation of the 150 percent Direct Subsidized Loan limit provisions and provided an overview of new COD System and National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) reporting requirements.
Federal Student Aid staff presented each training in 90-minute modules on multiple days; however, we are posting the sessions conducted on June 6, 2013 and June 11, 2013.
