Summary: This letter announces Federal Student Aid’s recorded training session on the EDExpress for Windows 2012-2013, Release 2.0 software.
Dear Colleague:
We are pleased to announce the availability of a recorded training session that describes enhancements made to the EDExpress for Windows 2012-2013 software in Release 2.0. In addition to describing the Release 2.0 updates, which included changes to the Federal Pell Grant (Pell Grant), Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education (TEACH) Grant, and William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan (Direct Loan) modules, the brief, 25-minute session also provides a high-level overview of EDExpress and technical assistance contact information. The session is designed for financial aid administrators (FAAs) who have a basic understanding of the EDExpress software and who wish to learn more about Release 2.0.
