Dear Colleague:
We are pleased to announce the availability of the recorded version of our online, instructor-led training session on student loan delinquency and default prevention. This training is intended for financial aid office personnel, student success staff, and others interested in preventing student loan default.
Federal Student Aid staff presented this information in a 90-minute session in November 2010. For a complete description of the session, refer to Dear Colleague Letter ANN-10-38.
