Subject: Webinar Recordings - Direct Loan Webinar Training Suite
Summary: This letter announces the availability of Federal Student Aid’s recording of a suite of webinars designed to familiarize staff with key aspects of Direct Loan processing.
Dear Colleague:
We are pleased to announce the availability of the recorded versions of our online, instructor-led training sessions on the William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan (Direct Loan) Program. This suite of webinars is intended for financial aid office, business office, and technical support staff who are involved in Direct Loan processing.
Federal Student Aid staff presented this information in six 90-minute sessions during June, July, August, and September 2010. For a complete description of these webinars, refer to Dear Colleague Letter ANN-10-23.
Note: We announced the availability of the first recording of the training suite, “Direct Loan Reconciliation,” in Dear Colleague Letter ANN-10-37, posted to the Information for Financial Aid Professionals (IFAP) Web site on October 26, 2010.
No registration is required to view the recorded training sessions.
