Subject: Reminder - Direct Loan Webinar Training Suite
Summary: This letter reminds the community about a suite of instructor-led, online training sessions on Direct Loans. Five weeks of training during January and February 2010 are open for registration.
Dear Colleague:
In Dear Colleague Letter ANN-10-01, we announced a suite of instructor-led, online training sessions on the William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan (Direct Loan) Program. The webinar suite consists of six different 90-minute sessions related to key aspects of Direct Loan processing. We are offering the entire webinar training suite during January and February 2010. Five weeks of training are open for registration and we encourage individuals interested in learning more about Direct Loans to register. There is no cost to attend this training series.

Reminders:
Registration Confirmation— We will send an e-mail confirmation to the trainee after registration is complete. The trainee should retain this confirmation, as it contains important information about the webinar, including linking and log in information for the Web site, system test links, and cancellation information.
Cancellation— If unable to attend, we request that the trainee cancel his or her registration so that individuals who wish to attend may do so.
Participant Handouts— PowerPoint slides will be available for each trainee to download after he or she signs in to the webinar. Trainees may sign in and access the training materials one hour prior to the start of each webinar.
