Summary: This letter announces the availability of Federal Student Aid’s recording of the General Title IV and Non-Loan Programmatic Issues Final Regulations training session.

Dear Colleague:

We are pleased to announce the availability of the recorded version of our online, instructor-led training on final regulations related to changes to the Federal Pell Grant, Federal Work-Study, and Teacher Education Assistance for College and Higher Education Grant (TEACH Grant) programs made by the Higher Education Opportunity Act (the HEOA), Pub. L. 110-315, as well as changes to other institutional requirements related to the administration of all Title IV student assistance programs. These final regulations were published on October 29, 2009 in the Federal Register.

This 90-minute training session, intended for all participants in the Title IV student assistance programs, was originally offered on November 10, 2009 and November 16, 2009.
