Subject: Correction of Minor Error on Revised Perkins MPN
Summary: This letter informs schools of a minor error on the revised Perkins MPN that was posted on September 25, 2009 as Dear Colleague Letter CB-09-05.
On September 25, 2009 we posted, as attachments to Dear Colleague Letter CB-09-05, revised Federal Perkins Loan Program Master Promissory Notes (Perkins MPN). Unfortunately, we have just discovered that the page headings of the posted note are in error. We are attaching to this letter both Word and PDF versions of the corrected Perkins MPN.
