Summary: This letter announces the availability of Federal Student Aid’s recording of the HEOA Changes to FFEL and Direct Loan Programs training session.
Dear Colleague:
We are pleased to announce the availability of the recorded version of our online, instructor-led training on changes to the Federal Family Education Loan (FFEL) and William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan (Direct Loan) programs made by the Higher Education Opportunity Act (the HEOA), Pub. L. 110-315. This 90-minute training session, intended for all schools that participate in the FFEL and Direct Loan programs, was offered on April 30, 2009, May 13, 2009, June 2, 2009, and June 8, 2009.
